You will be joining as employee #2, reporting to the Board, and working collaboratively with our recently placed CPO, who is employee #1!
This new consumer brand is getting ready for a 2020 launch and the entire go to market plan will hinge on YOU!
Your mission will be to acquire new customers via paid social channels such as IG and Facebook.
You will work "fingers on keys" IN the social platforms, optimizing and executing campaigns, ensuring CAC achieves ROI.
You are responsible for customer acquisition growth for a recognizable digital consumer experience.
You are hands-on in the social platforms, and know how to optimize and execute campaigns that meet CAC targets and generate an ROI.
You have built business and the stats to back it up.
You have start up experience and have demonstrated success working in undefined situations that are a little further along than a business plan on a napkin.
You operate with a "growth hacker" mindset.
You don't need a team of people around you to get sh*t done.
You are based in Toronto or a US city in the eastern time zone. You are able to work remotely from a home office and are able to travel cross borders as necessary.
