Our client is a Project X start up funded by a publicly traded financial services firm, who provide wealth management and insurance products to consumers in underserved and under banked areas of the world.

Our client has been collaborating with a digital consultancy to get to a V1 product that will be launching late 2020/early 2021. It's now time to bring the product inhouse. This role is part of the scale up of the business and will be the first inhouse Designer and will also be employee #5.
This role will be instrumental in owning the Product Design and developing the marketing assets that will launch the business.
80% of the role will be a hybrid UX/UI Design role working on the web + responsive mobile insurance product.
20% of the role will be developing marketing assets.
You are a Product Designer today, with roots in marketing and web design.
You have shipped a product that is used by consumers.
You are hands-on in UX Research and are comfortable working with data to understand user behaviour.
You have outstanding communication skills and are experienced working in highly collaborative teams of business leaders.
You thrive in start ups who don't have everything figured out, because you like being part of figuring it out.
You have a carefully curated portfolio that shows off your best and recent work.
You have demonstrated the ability to work successfully in a remote model, working from home.
The ideal candidate has experience working for an Insurtech or digital banking product.
