Company

Our client is a B2B2C software provider in the wellness/healthtech industry. Their solutions are designed for researchers, therapists and patients who are receiving care for mental health.

Mission

You will be joining as the company's FIRST product leader, reporting to the CEO/Founder.

Your mission will be to take their baby product and grow it up into a mature and fully functioning B2B2C product experience across web and mobile (ios/android/tablet).

To accomplish this, you will take a data driven approach to everything you do, to ensure insights and learnings are being gathered from the CONSUMER side and shared with the BUSINESS side.

Experience & Expertise

You are currently a VP or Head of Product, working for a B2B or B2B2C SaaS company.

You have experience taking an early stage product (beta or V1) and building a fully functioning product experience which is in market today with paying customers.

Your product experience includes a big data product. You have worked with data to create experiences and add value to the users of your products. You have also leveraged data to provide insights to the business about the behaviours and experiences of the product's customers.

Your experience includes engaging with the market to understand opportunities and needs across users, to understand the competitive landscape, all of which you have experience applying to a roadmap and creating a path to monetization.

Bonus points if you have wellness or health tech experience.

Double bonus points if you have ML or AI product experience.

You are based in Canada or the USA and are capable of working in a fully remote business model with distributed teams.
