Their product helps non-profits fundraise with confidence by providing a user-friendly, data-rich platform that helps determine if fundraisers, prospect researchers, and nonprofit development professionals are asking the right person for the right amount at the right time.


Mission

Reporting to the VP of Sales, your mission is to inspire, train, coach and lead a team of enthusiastic SaaS Sales Development Representatives. You will provide tactical hands-on training, coaching and mentoring to build and maintain a high-performance sales team. Your goal is to guide and motivate your team to success and blow targets out of the water, year after year!


Experience & Expertise

  • You're currently leading a high-velocity sales organization within the SaaS industry with a focus on tactical sales management
  • You are an overachiever with a proven track record of building exceptional teams and over-achieving revenue goals
  • You are an energetic and ambitious leader that has talent in: people development, client development, organizational excellence, exceptional sales management, sales operations and sales pipeline analysis & management
  • You manage opportunity pipelines within a CRM platform
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; MBA considered a plus
