Reporting to the VP of Sales, your mission is to inspire, train, coach and lead a team of enthusiastic SaaS Sales Development Representatives. You will provide tactical hands-on training, coaching and mentoring to build and maintain a high-performance sales team. Your goal is to guide and motivate your team to success and blow targets out of the water, year after year!
