Our client is looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record of leading a sales team to exceed expectations. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can problem solve, adapt and grow quickly.
Your mission is to inspire, train, coach and lead two teams of enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives, focusing on top-of-funnel and ABM respectively. You will provide tactical hands-on training, coaching and mentoring to build and maintain a high-performance sales team, while putting in place industry best practices and playbooks. Your goal is to guide and motivate your team to success and blow targets out of the water, year after year!
