We are searching for a Director, Growth & Product Marketing to join our client's innovation lab to lead multiple marketing and digital marketing projects for a suite of new technology products. The Innovation Lab was launched to build software products to support their core business and to realize new opportunities outside of their core business. The company needs a software marketing leader who can create the strategy and the roadmap to drive growth and demand generation.
You will figure out how our client can leverage the current customer base to accelerate growth across these new product categories. Reporting to the Global Director Innovation, you will lead vendor relationships, GTM strategy, sales enablement, digital marketing, paid media, demand generation campaigns, thought leadership, events, webinars, and SEO.
The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional technical and product teams to ideate marketing and growth strategies. You will understand the product, customers, and product goals so you can start crafting plans to scale your marketing team. This role will collaborate with our client's creative team, ensuring that the launch materials are highly engaging and interactive for maximum impact. You will also communicate effectively to share the product vision, positioning, and messaging to all departments, including C-level stakeholders.
In this role, you will define the strategy for driving customer leads through paid and organic marketing initiatives, and manage budgets across all marketing channels. This means that you will manage the strategy for all organic, paid/social, paid search, display, and SEO marketing. You will use all the necessary tools to help drive growth decisions for all products. This role will act as the key marketing leader for all growth initiatives and will inform leadership of strategic and operational initiatives for paid marketing campaigns, including budgeting, tracking, creative production, landing page optimization, etc.
