Mission

The next stage of growth for our client requires the hire of their first Chief Product Officer (CPO). The mission of this role will focus on 2 main areas:

(1) the strategic growth of the business through a multi-product ecosystem, applying a Build/Buy/Partner point of view on how to scale.

(2) general management responsibilities of a large and growing product management organization and the processes which enable impactful outcomes.

Experience & Expertise

We are seeking a mature CPO level candidate with experience reporting to a Board and who has:

1. been responsible for strategic leadership of a multi-product business

2. led a large team with 2nd level management as direct reports

3. championed M&A due diligence and completed acquisition integrations

4. delivered ARR growth of B2B SaaS solutions
