Mission
Our client is looking to add a brand new Lead Product Manager to their Employee Engagement SaaS organization.
In this role, you will own the roadmap for their suite of Performance Management SaaS platforms, with a strong focus on 0 – 1 activities. This is a player/coach position leading a team of 3 Product Managers that will grow over the course of 2024.
Experience & Expertise
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on Enterprise-grade, cloud-based products.
- A minimum of 2 years in a Team Lead, Group/Staff, Principal Product Manager role.
- Experience with new product development and launch, ideally dealing with a non-technical customer base.
- Previous experience with HR, Human Capital Management or Employee Engagement SaaS will be a huge plus.
