Before We Start

We specialize in helping early-stage, high-growth technology companies build their Product Management, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams. Our niche focus allows us to provide maximum value to our clients.

Kicking Off The Recruiting Project

You will meet your recruitment team and kickoff with a deep dive into the requirements of the role, company growth goals and initiatives. Your recruitment lead will leave that meeting fully understanding the profile of the ideal candidate, including: level of experience, previous results achieved and pay band.

We will craft a compelling message about the opportunity and company and hit the market. On average, we reach out to over 100 candidates per role. More than 90% of our prospective candidates come from this proactive outreach to passive candidates. Candidates then go through a pre-qualification process to ensure fit.

Support Throughout

We help to facilitate scheduling interviews and offer feedback throughout the process. When you’re ready to extend an offer, we can work with your team to facilitate negotiation.

Once an offer is accepted, we coach your new employee on the resignation process as well as prepare them to handle potential counteroffers.
