In the event of a conflict, the signed Retainer Agreement shall prevail.

Candidate Submissions & Accuracy

When you submit a resume, application, or profile to Martyn Bassett Associates:

  • Accuracy: You represent that all information provided is true, accurate, and reflects your current professional status.
  • No Guarantee: Submission of your information does not guarantee an interview, a placement, or employment with any of our clients.
  • Retained Search Context: As a retained firm, we work exclusively for our clients. We will maintain the confidentiality of your candidacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not present your details to a client without your consent.

Use of Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including blog posts, salary guides, market insights, logos, and proprietary recruitment methodologies, is the intellectual property of Martyn Bassett Associates Inc.

  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Prohibited Acts: You may not scrape, “frame,” or use automated bots to extract data from our job listings or market reports.

Text Messaging (SMS) Communications
