- 15+ years of B2B technical product design experience working at major Fortune500 and SaaS organizations
- Experience scaling a healthtech company as the Product Design Director and was responsible for managing the product design department, product portfolio roadmap, UI/UX strategy, design-operations, customer advocacy design programs, and entire research & development team
- Previous design leadership experience at a global logistics company leading a team of 15 Product Designers focused on building out the proprietary in-house design systems
- Defined an entire UX vision for 3 major B2B products that had over 200K+ monthly users and developed a robust internal design system within a 6-month period
- Masters Degree in Information Systems & Technology
The PLG Professor – $200,000 CAD + Variable Bonus (20%)
- 20+ years of global B2B design experience leading brand design, creative services, and product design teams for some of Canada’s top tech companies
- Experience scaling a global HRtech company as the VP of Product during a period of exponential product-led growth ($100M+ revenue)
- Led the design vision for an entire platform and spearheaded the major redesign of this platform
- Previous experience as a Senior Director, Product Design with a Series-C customer advocacy SaaS startup where they spearheaded the entire design strategy and grew the team to 12
- Bachelor of Arts Degree
The Hire
- 12+ years of design experience and 5+ years of design leadership at high-growth B2B tech companies
- Experience scaling a $100M+ ARR workforce-planning software and managing a large team of Product Designers, User-Researchers, Visual Designers, and Content Strategists
- Led the design strategy on several design projects for a major global financial services company and re-defined the company’s digital transformation plan
- Experienced in both user-experience and user interface designs (end-to-end design) as an individual contributor (a vital component for this product design leadership role) and experience building out complex design infrastructures and design systems internally that were adopted across large product teams
- Bachelor of Digital Design Degree
