- Previously, led product engineering initiatives for Fortune 500 clients across fintech, healthcare, and automotive sectors

The Cross-functional Collaborator – $155K Base + 8% Bonus
- Engineering leader with 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions
- Software Development Manager at an established B2B Saas organization, overseeing web and mobile
- Technical breadth, with hands-on experience across modern stacks and cloud platforms (including React, GraphQL, TypeScript, Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Snowflake)
- Cross-functional leadership: Product, CloudOps, InfoSec, Architecture, and Agile Practice teams
- B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering
The Hire
- Engineering Leader with 13 years of experience in software engineering, technical design, and architecture
- Engineering and technical leadership for 5+ years across SaaS and consulting
- Expertise in leading and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms and modern tech stacks such as TypeScript, React, and React Native across web and mobile applications
- B.Sc. in Internet & Multimedia Technologies
To attract and secure this candidate, our client offered a $ 180,000 base salary plus equity.
