The Marketplace Magician – $140K Base + 15% Bonus + Equity
- Employed by a B2B2C SaaS company whose products bring supply & demand together to source service providers
- Delivered a real-world AI platform to market that creates personalized recommendations and predicts buyer intent
- Very GTM focused and overhauled how products are released by defining a playbook to ensure the success of a launch
- 13 years of product experience and a domain expert in 2-sided marketplaces, retail, ecommerce, and merchandising

The Hire
- Multi-time experience doing a 0-1 heavy lift, owning both a business strategy and product roadmap
- Also has experience working for two global brands with millions of MAU and able to draw on at-scale experiences to unlock growth levers
- Doubled digital customer acquisition growth metrics
- Strong ‘first principles’ thinking and knows what ‘great looks like’
- 13 years of product experience as a Senior-level PM operating at a Principal level, and earlier experience managing teams

To secure this candidate, our client offered a $ 220,000 base salary plus meaningful equity.
