- Directly managed a team of 3, with oversight across dev squads
- Grew the Platform-as-a-Product from 0 to $20M ARR+ in 4 years
The Data Platforms Specialist – $160k Base + Significant Options
- 5 years of product leadership experience—most recently as the VP Product Platforms at a fast-growing digital banking company
- This was a role specifically created for this candidate to build a net-new platform
- Built and launched this platform that solved for everything from payment processing and fraud detection to data analytics and integrations
- During this candidate’s tenure, the company had gone through a substantial funding round and grown from sub-$100M to $160M ARR
The Hire
- Hired as VP Product at a leading SaaS platform company to create a product roadmap and vision
- Built the product org to 10 and also led the design org
- Managed very high transaction volumes which enabled customers to upload data and content to a marketplace and view/sell/buy
- Previously, a first product manager hire at a SaaS startup that ingested data from Industrial IoT devices to provide real-time visibility into machine up/downtime and predict issues and maintenance needs
- Took this sales driven company and turned it into a product lead business—developing a broader roadmap and function, which included an integration strategy into their ‘build’ strategy
To land this candidate, our client offered a $210k Base, $10k Signing Bonus and Performance-based Bonus.
