We were recently engaged by a client to conduct a search for a Senior Marketing Manager. Our client is a B2B cleantech startup with a platform that allows businesses to operate more sustainably by leveraging data. 

We conducted a targeted search on their behalf, seeking an experienced marketer who could come in and build the function from the ground up. This hire would start by identifying and creating ICPs, tailoring compelling messaging, developing product documentation and evolving the brand.

  •  7 years of employment experience with 5 spent in marketing
  • Was the hire #9 at a 60-person company and built out their ICPs

The Brander - $85K + Stock Options

To attract and land this candidate, our client offered a $100K Base + Stock Options.
