- 15+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
- Managed the end-to-end design for a healthtech platform
- Led 4 Product Designers across; iOS, Android and web products and was responsible for the platform’s entire design strategy, design system & implementation
- Bachelor of Arts and Design
The Builder – $145K Base
- 6+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
- Built out an investor relations CRM platform from scratch
- Sole end-to-end Product Designer for a core product, leading user-research, UX design, user-interface design, and shipped our net-new products within a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for the growth and development of a Junior Product Designer
- Bachelor of Arts
The Tinkerer – $130K Base
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
- Responsible for streamlining key workflows of a core platform experience (navigation, search and asset management)
- Designed the user-experience for an artificial intelligence tool that allows platform administrators to create new training content and reduce content creation time by 60%
- Bachelor of Arts
The Hire
- 8 years of experience in end-to-end product design
- Built out user-experience, usability testing, user interviews, user dashboards, establishing design foundations, and maintaining/building the design system
- Led the creation and design of a white labelled design system and the design of two products from ideation through to launch
- Bachelor of Industrial Design
To attract and land this candidate, our client offered a $165K Base + Equity.
