- The “Strategic Initiatives” in their title refers to the fact that they either work on new product initiatives or on turning around struggling products
- Also has 0-1 product experience:
- Product 1: 0 to $50M ARR in 3 years
- Product 2: 0 to $100M+ ARR
The AI Architect – 315k USD Base + 30% Bonus + Equity
- Currently, a VP Product at a leading salestech that has grown from $10M to $100M ARR primarily through AI initiatives
- A significant component of their roles is AI, and this candidate led the discovery, build, and launch of all AI products
- Also has 0-1 product experience:
- Creating the 0-day operating plan for a healthtech AI startup
- 0 to $10M+ ARR in 4 years, followed by a successful exit through acquisition
The Growth Genius – 265k USD Base + 25% Bonus + Equity
- Currently, the CPO at a very early-stage fintech as the first and only Product hire, where they brought to market a V1.0
- Has scale-up experience at two levels:
- Led product at a Salestech SaaS and grew it from $20M to $100M ARR while creating foundational processes to enable that growth
- VP Product helping ARR scale from $100M to $188M, and was focused on pulling product out from under engineering
The Hire
- Before accepting this new role, they were a VP Product at an AI-powered Customer Experience SaaS
- Leveraged Gen AI & NLP to build stronger integrations and more intelligent reporting capabilities
- Also has 0-1 product experience:
- Founding Product Manager at an Enterprise B2B Commerce platform that a leading global salestech firm acquired
- Tasked with building a B2B commerce platform from scratch, which grew from 0 to $ 100 M+ ARR in 3 years
