- Largest team led was 12 people across Product and Design
- Equally capable of working in roles that required hands-on work “in-platform” to uncover roadblocks to growth
- Business degree + numerous certifications in product adjacent skills / subjects
The Hire
- Came from a similar business as our client’s business and product
- Earlier in their product career journey but had been highly successful in a function considered an adjacent job function to product management
- Experience building and managing small teams, up to 5 people
