Cognota (a Series A B2B SaaS L&D platform) was looking for a Senior Product Designer to play a pivotal role in refining the design system, addressing technical debt, and owning the function. They were searching for a mission-driven, big-picture thinker who loves building products customers love.

The Hire

The hire had over 8 years of product design experience leading end-to-end design for SaaS companies and was most recently employed at a B2B SaaS spend management & purchasing solution managing user experience, usability testing, user interviews, user dashboards, establishing the design foundations, and maintaining the design system. Here, they led the design of two products from ideation through to launch and built custom dashboards and workflows as a part of these projects.
