Our client was looking for a strategic, tactical, and passionate Senior Product Marketing Manager who could establish the product marketing function from the ground up. They needed a hire who could lead PLG initiatives, product marketing innovation, sales enablement, product awareness, revenue growth, and contribute to the overall product success.
The Client
Paramount Commerce is a payments technology company on a mission to simplify payments. Founded in 2003, they are a leader in the space with a ‘behind the scenes’ payments processing platform that powers some of the world’s most successful consumer apps and betting websites, including gaming apps. Paramount Commerce employs more than 150+ employees across the globe.
Search Requirements
The must-have experiences required were managing content marketing, sales enablement, GTM strategies, messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, and identifying both market and consumer behaviour trends. They were also looking for a candidate from a similar industry and had working experience within a fintech or paymentech.
The Hire
This hire has 3+ years of product marketing experience working within innovative high-growth product teams. Previously, a Product Marketing Manager at a B2B SaaS scale-up where they lead sales enablement, content management/development, customer research, post-launch analytics, competitive intelligence, new product releases, and Tier 2 GTM strategy. They had also worked across a number of product lines and industries relevant to our client’s businesses.
